Two builds of the same reader with the same vocabulary. The first 1,000 words are free on both, with nothing switched off and no time limit, and one licence covers every device you read on. Neither build sends anything anywhere: the dictionaries are inside, which is why the files are the size they are.
Browser extension

- Unzip it. You get one folder,
sluka-extension. Keep it somewhere it can stay; the browser reads from it every time it starts. - Open
brave://extensions(orchrome://extensions,edge://extensions). - Turn on Developer mode, top right.
- Click Load unpacked and choose that folder.
The dashboard opens by itself the first time, while the dictionary is copied into the browser. Until the Chrome Web Store listing is live there are no automatic updates: to update, download again, replace the folder's contents, and press the reload arrow on the extensions page. Your words are in the browser, not in the folder, and survive this.
Android app

- Open the downloaded file from the notification, or from the Files app.
- Android asks whether this browser may install apps. Allow it, once; it is asking because the app is not from Google Play yet.
- Press Install.
The app is a browser with the reader built in, and pairs with the extension over your own wifi so both hold the same vocabulary. A newer APK installs over the old one and keeps everything, because every build is signed with the same key. It is not on Google Play yet.
iPhone and iPad: not yet. The app exists and is waiting on the App Store, which has no way to sideload. Write to [email protected] to hear when it lands. Firefox and Safari on the computer are not supported.
